Flashback Friday

When I see this picture, I can't help but think of the theme song to Miami Vice!

But... in actuality, it is Bob and his sister JoJo cruising down Gatun Lake, in Panama. The boat was owned by a family friend (the Parker's), who were also stationed in Panama at the same time. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact year, so any help would be appreciated! :)
