Bob and some of his co-workers participated in a 5K this past Saturday. It was a small event, with probably less than 100 runners/walkers. I sat this one out, as I am still on a running hiatus due to some pesky knee pain. Anyhow, it was a great event, and we almost prefer smaller races. Less crowd = more fun! Bob's co-workers had a great time too, and want to do another together on October 11th.
