Bob, Mike, and Bob's co-worker Gabe, participated in a practice sprint triathlon yesterday at Oak Mountain State Park. The weather was absolutely beautiful, as the boys headed out early in the morning. After the race, there was a picnic with a cook-out, beer, and prizes! I scored big with this - Mike won a free massage! Since he lives in Orlando, he gave it to me. Yay!
