Anyhow, he is doing much better this afternoon. He has opened his baby blue's a couple of times. And, his oxygen level was in the low 40's.
I'm up in the room now resting, and snacking. I have to come up every couple of hours to pump. We'll report more later!
Thanks for the sweet comments and prayers.

jen , he is improving so much daily before you know it his oxygen level will be down to 20%, look at that is already at 40% and opening his eyes- he is such a joy- i cry when i read your updates i wish i could be there with you- pretty soon hang in there and you will be holding him all the time- we love you so much- mom and dad-
i am catching up on blog reading due to Mini K being in the hospital and didn't realize your son had been born. We are veterans of the NICU and trust me your little one will teach you what it means to be strong and brave. Those babies are amazing...3 years later and ours is stilla fighter. Your nerves might get frazzled but love them and TAKE CARE of YOURSELF so you have strength for them. I wil keep your family in my prayers!
that's great to see such progress already. jennifer you are so sweet and such a good mom already. thank you for keeping us updated. before you know it you'll be home and holding little bobby in your arms every second. You'll soon wonder why you ever thought you'd need, a swing, bouncer, front pack... because all you want to do is hold him. that's how i was anyway.
Can't wait to see more pictures of your sweet little one! Still thinking of you and your family. Wishing you a speedy recovery and much health and happiness to your little guy! :)
Jen, I'm praying for you guys. You will all be home with Bobby before you know it!!
Dave and I wanted to send our congratulations! I was quite shocked to get Bob's email that Bobby had already been born. I was like, "is it June already??" We know that your little one is going to be strong and back in your arms before long! You guys are doing great! Can't wait to meet him! Love totty and dave
Jen and Bob~We are thinking of you and praying for your sweet Bobby to be breathing on his own and in your arms. Know this must be terribly emotional for you, but it seems as though he is doing better each day! Can't wait to see those baby blues!! xoxo, Becca and John
